Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping: $8.00
Free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more
The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During busy periods or sales, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery time

Once shipped, standard orders usually arrive within 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays and peak seasons can affect them.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show updates after you receive it.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can update the address if your order hasn't shipped yet. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we'll do our best to help.

We can ship to PO boxes, though some carriers may take longer to deliver to them.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of shipping, please contact us and we'll look into it with the carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check around your property, with neighbors and with your local carrier office, then email us within 14 days of the delivery date.

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Multiple items

If you order more than one item, your products may arrive in separate packages. You'll still only pay shipping once.
