This website is operated by Flossify. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Flossify. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use our site or place an order.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform we use to sell our products to you.
Eligibility
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence, or that you have given us your consent to let any minor in your care use this site.
Products and use
Our water flossers are personal oral care devices for use alongside regular brushing. They are not a substitute for professional dental care. If you have gum disease, bleeding that lasts more than a few days, recent dental surgery, or any other oral health condition, please check with your dentist before use.
Always follow the instructions included with your product. Children should only use the product with adult supervision. Do not share nozzles between people, and replace nozzles regularly.
We do our best to show product colors and details accurately, but we can't guarantee that your screen displays every color exactly.
Pricing and availability
All prices are in US dollars. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product descriptions at any time.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel any orders placed at that price. If your order has already been charged, we will refund you in full.
Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if an order appears to be placed by a reseller. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we will refund you in full and let you know using the email address you provided.
You agree to give us current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, including your email address and shipping address, and to update it if it changes.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
Shipping
Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is in the carrier's hands. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we'll help as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
Accuracy of information
We aim to keep the information on our site accurate and up to date, but it may occasionally contain typos, errors or omissions. We may correct these and update information at any time without notice.
Reviews, comments and feedback

We don't promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Flossify and its owners, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold Flossify harmless from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, caused by your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
